The tool is part of ZEBRA 2020, a project co-funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe programme that aims at tracking the EU’s buildings stock as well as the progress towards nZEBs. The project compares nZEB definitions in different EU Member States and offers an ‘nZEB radar’ to compare nZEB standards and ambitions across countries.
